Garage booking software that fills the diary and follows through to paid.

Take booking requests online, confirm them from your diary, remind the customer, then quote, invoice and get paid, without leaving the app.

Free plan to start. UK-built and UK-hosted. ICO registered.

Most garage bookings still come in by phone, which means missed calls, a full answerphone and a paper diary only one person can read. Autera gives every workshop its own public booking page: customers send you a booking request, it lands in your diary, and you confirm it when it suits the shop. From there the confirmation goes out automatically, MOT reminders bring old customers back, and the booking flows straight into a job and an invoice. One record from the first request to the paid bill, tuned for UK garages of every size and MOT centres.

HOW BOOKING WORKS

Request, confirm, remind, invoice

Four pillars. Each links through to a deeper page if you want the detail.

Customers request a booking online

Every workshop on Autera gets a public booking page. A customer picks a service, adds the registration and their details, describes the work and submits a booking request. It lands in your diary for you to confirm. No phone tag, no missed voicemails, no double entry.

Confirm and manage from your diary

Requests arrive in the bookings diary alongside the work you have already committed to. Confirm the ones that fit, move or decline the ones that do not, and see the whole week at a glance. You keep control of the schedule instead of handing raw slots to the public.

See the diary and reminders

Confirmations and MOT reminders sent automatically

Confirm a booking and the customer gets a confirmation by email in your garage name. When a vehicle has an MOT due, Autera sends reminders before expiry with the date pulled from DVLA, so last year's customers book back in without you chasing them.

Booking flows into a job and invoice

A confirmed booking becomes a job with the vehicle and customer already attached. Add parts and labour as you work, then turn it into an invoice with a Stripe payment link the customer taps to pay. One record from booking to paid, nothing retyped.

Garage booking software FAQ

Looking for the wider feature list? See the garage management software page, the pricing page, or the MOT reminders page.

Customers send you a booking request from your own public booking page. They pick a service, describe the work, add the registration and their contact details, and submit. That request lands in your bookings diary, and you confirm it when it suits the workshop. It is a request-then-confirm flow, so you stay in control of the diary rather than handing live slots straight to the public. Once you confirm, the customer gets a confirmation automatically.

Every booking request shows up in the diary alongside the work you have already committed to. You can see the day at a glance, confirm or decline a request, move it to a different day, and add the vehicle and customer details. Confirming a request is one action, and from that point the booking is a real entry in your schedule that everyone in the workshop can see.

Yes. When you confirm a booking the customer gets a confirmation by email automatically, in your garage name. If the vehicle has an MOT due, Autera can also send MOT reminders by email before expiry, with the expiry date pulled from DVLA. Reminders are part of the Workshop plan and above. SMS is coming soon.

The confirmed booking flows straight into a job. The vehicle and customer are already attached, so you add the parts and labour as you work, then turn the job into an invoice with a Stripe payment link the customer taps to pay. Booking, job and invoice are the same record moving through the workshop, so nothing gets retyped and nothing falls through the gap.

The public booking page and diary are part of Autera. Solo is free forever (1 user, 20 jobs and 20 invoices per month). Starter is £29 per month, Workshop is £79 per month and adds MOT reminders and inventory, and Multi-Bay is £149 per month for unlimited seats. Extra sites are £49 per month each on Workshop or Multi-Bay. No setup fees, no contracts, cancel any time.

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, stored on UK-based infrastructure, and backed up daily with a 30-day recovery window. Autera is fully UK GDPR compliant and never sells or shares your data. It is built and run by FrameLogic Limited, a UK company, with all customer data processed under UK GDPR Article 28.
