Every plan includes a monthly allowance: 30 on Solo, 200 on Starter, 600 on Workshop and 2,000 on Multi-Bay. Need more in a busy month? Optional top-up packs are there if you want them, never forced and never auto-charged. SMS reminder texts will work the same way once that channel goes live.

Yes. Pay annually and get two months free, a saving of about 17% compared with monthly billing. The annual price equates to 10 months of monthly fees on Starter, Workshop and Multi-Bay plans. Solo is free either way.

We charge per mechanic, never per login. Solo includes 1 mechanic, Starter 3, Workshop 6, and Multi-Bay is unlimited. Office staff (managers, parts desk, finance, customer support, viewers) are free and unlimited on every paid plan. If you outgrow Workshop's 6 mechanic seats but don't need Multi-Bay yet, you can add extra mechanics for £12 each per month (£10 on annual billing). There are no per-seat fees on admin users.

A mechanic is anyone who clocks on jobs and records time on the shop floor, the people turning wrenches. Each plan caps how many of these you can have because they typically run all day on the platform. An admin user is anyone else with a login: a manager, parts desk staff, accountant, receptionist or read-only viewer. We don't charge per admin user. Bring as many as your plan allows at no extra cost. If the same person does both (common for owner-operators who fix cars AND run the business), the owner slot covers them and they don't consume a mechanic seat or an admin slot.
